Ingredients Allergens: Juniper, Coriander, Lavender, Grains of Paradise, Cubeb Peppers, Orange, Lemon, Star Anise
Tasting Notes: Smooth on the palette, smooth enough to be a sipping gin. Lashings of juniper infused with coriander, seville oranges, and a hint of star anise. The first taste is the oranges, followed by the peppery afternotes of the cubeb peppers, and grains of paradise, the star anise is very faint at the back of the throat, and only experienced by the lucky ones with a good palette.

About the Producer
After working together for 7 years, Jason and Gary decided they wanted a new challenge. Wanting to make better options than what they saw on the market they began producing artisan spirits in form of Yorkshire craft gin. Gary, with previous experience in brewing beer, headed off to Scotland, the home of distilling, to learn the art. With a 25 litre still and a range of Botanicals, Gary and his son Joe started to experiment with various flavour profiles (Gary did the tasting!). Once they settled on a flavour, the team found a property to work from, jumped through miles of red tape, designed the bottles and labels, and sourced the finest copper distillery equipment. LuJo Distilling Company are now proud to present their J.P. Adlam Gin brand. Jason and Gary continue to develop further flavours and styles of Gin to ensure J.P.
