Locio Presents Nelson Sauvin IPA from North Yorkshire Vineyard, Yorkshire Heart
Nelson Sauvin IPA is a very special beer that is only brewed once a year during the vineyard grape harvest.
Brewed at 6.5% IPA using Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, once it has finished fermenting some juice from Seyval blanc grapes are added, a sprinkling of sparkling wine yeast and left to slowly secondary ferment to 7%. This produces a lovely dry IPA with a hint of white wine flavours. It is then bottled in 750ml swing top bottles ready for you to enjoy.

A family run vineyard and brewery, set in a rural location in the village of Nun Monkton, between York and Harrogate. Yorkshire Heart have a 14 acre vineyard (planted in 2006) with a brewery added in 2011.
