Tasting Notes: A very well-crafted gin with juniper and citrus-forward on the nose and a strong cardamom note, creating a nicely rounded aromatic profile. Rich and smooth with a good mouthfeel and a little dryness from the citrus notes, producing a pleasingly rounded profile, with a surprising degree of length.
