Created in collaboration with That Boutique-y Gin Company, an English independent gin bottler renowned for their creative prowess both in terms of flavour and label design. Hand distilled with 100% renewable energy here at the distillery.
On the label, spot distillery founders Abbie and Chris soaking up the sun, with references to Australian adventures and the mysterious rocks in a bucket game. Abbie’s father and resident beekeeper Graham is present too, along with a fresh bundle of lemongrass, which grows in the polytunnel at the distillery.
Perfect serve: enjoy with Indian tonic water and grapefruit slice for a sprightly G&T, or mix with ginger ale and fresh fruit for a refreshing summer cooler.

Ingredients Allergens: Juniper, lime leaf and lemongrass
Tasting Notes: A zesty, citrus-forward dry gin. On the nose there’s tangy citrus - namely orange, lime and lemongrass - with a background of juniper and cardamom. The palate bursts with yet more juicy citrus fruits before rounding off with a bright, floral finish.

About the Producer
Cooper King’s small batch gin are distilled with craftsmanship, honesty and adventure, from a self-built distillery powered by 100% green energy. Their eco gin (Dry and Herb) is carbon negative. Friends, family and founders have come together to create one of the finest gin distilleries in Yorkshire from the ground up. Inspired by independent distillers they met on their travels in Tasmania, founders Abbie and Chris returned to England with a mission to bring their ingenuity and love of good whisky home (in production currently). With the copper stills fired up, and the distillery operational, customers can now enjoy artisan spirits produced in small batches without automation. To create their Yorkshire craft gin they use the very best ingredients that England has to offer, including honey from their own bee hives, locally grown lavender and wooden casks from a local cooperage.
