This is loved as a V60 at the roastery, giving a muted sweet acidity paired with the nutty body that is looked for in Colombian coffees. The Tolima works well across all brew platforms though if using as a home espresso try shortening the brew ration for a tighter, more fruity shot to get the most from it.
