After working together for 7 years, Jason and Gary decided they wanted a new challenge. Wanting to make better options than what they saw on the market they began producing artisan spirits in form of Yorkshire craft gin. Gary, with previous experience in brewing beer, headed off to Scotland, the home of distilling, to learn the art. With a 25 litre still and a range of Botanicals, Gary and his son Joe started to experiment with various flavour profiles (Gary did the tasting!). Once they settled on a flavour, the team found a property to work from, jumped through miles of red tape, designed the bottles and labels, and sourced the finest copper distillery equipment.
