Tasting Notes: Skosh Smoked Spiced Dry Gin - Black cardamom, nori, mandarin and Szechuan peppercorn are beautifully layered to create a complex and full-bodied spirit. Cooper King Black Cardamom Vodka - Crisp and refreshing eucalyptus on the nose, followed by lively black cardamom on the palate with a hint of smoke on the finish make for an incredibly satisfying botanical vodka. Cooper King New-Make Malt Spirit - Plenty of sweet barley and fruit on the nose, toffee pennies and a beautiful maltiness on the palate, and a long rich finish.

About the Producer
Cooper King’s small batch gin are distilled with craftsmanship, honesty and adventure, from a self-built distillery powered by 100% green energy. Their eco gin (Dry and Herb) is carbon negative. Friends, family and founders have come together to create one of the finest gin distilleries in Yorkshire from the ground up. Inspired by independent distillers they met on their travels in Tasmania, founders Abbie and Chris returned to England with a mission to bring their ingenuity and love of good whisky home (in production currently). With the copper stills fired up, and the distillery operational, customers can now enjoy artisan spirits produced in small batches without automation. To create their Yorkshire craft gin they use the very best ingredients that England has to offer, including honey from their own bee hives, locally grown lavender and wooden casks from a local cooperage. They’re always looking for ways to reduce waste and have joined the global environmental initiative, 1% for the Planet; the only distillery in Europe to have done so.
