Tasting Notes: A clear spirit with an intriguing heavy spice on the nose. The cardamom-rich aroma gives way to the warmth of the coriander and cubeb pepper on the palate, followed by the rich spice of the turmeric and cumin creating a distinctive savoury-spiced gin of depth and character with a pleasant cardamom finish.
