Tasting Notes: Nose: Warm, hints of floral and lemon top notes. Palate: Dry, strongly juniper-led, balanced by floral notes and warm cardamom. Finish: An earthy dryness of angelica, balanced with peppery tones. Aftertaste: A complex & smooth finish, no one tone takes precedence.

This artisan spirits producer makes award-winning small batch Gin within the historic city of York. It’s the only one distilling within the city limits. In two buildings located near the Archbishop of York’s Palace in Bishopthorpe they distil 6 Yorkshire craft gins in batches of just 300 litres.
