Brass Castle is an independent Malton-based brewery. Producing ethical beer, they are the self-proclaimed best brewers of vegan and gluten-free craft beers in Britain. They mash grains, boil hops, pitch yeast, serve casks, seam cans and serve great beer in the centre of Yorkshire’s Food Capital (there’s also a lot of cleaning involved!) Brass Castle Brewery’s house yeast does its work in five fermenters and out comes an ever-changing range of beers and beer styles. Their artisan beer has garnered awards and recognition in all quarters and they’re popping up around the UK and beyond. As well as creating ethical beer to be accessible for vegan and gluten intolerant audiences, they aim to brew sustainably too.
