An espresso blend for the new age. River City were asked to create a smooth, full bodied, every day coffee for fast paced cafes with a focus on a deep, rich flavour profile in milk drinks and espresso. They roasted, tested, and tasted… and this Espresso Blend was born. In its current form this blend contains a dark roast Brazilian for a smooth, chocolatey base. They paired this with a small addition of a washed Vietnamese robusta to add a toasted nut cup dynamic along with a great body. As a final touch they completed the blend with a Kenyan high grown coffee sourced from the Samburu region, adding a beautiful ripe fruit and berry note to the finish.
